Integrated Coaching and Hypnotherapy
(clinical Hypnosis) in Bath

My Clients have celebrated Successes in all areas of their personal and professional Lives.

I am honored to have worked and assisted people from a wide variety of different backgrounds, from stressed out Managing Directors, to busy single parents and overwhelmed Health Practitioners.

Their successes include setting up businesses, improving organisational and communication skills, optimising mental, physical and emotional health and well being, improving fitness and body image and developing effective strategies in all areas of their lives.

They have had breakthroughs in their relationships, overcome phobias, dealt with depression, learned to release emotional blocks, found balance and harmony in their lives and relationships, learnt strategies to deal with long term illness, become non-smokers and discovered much about themselves in the process, to name but a few of their achievements.

By Investing time and energy in themselves, they have gained the motivation and self belief to live a life they previously only dreamed about. Finding an increase in choices, flexibility, optimism, determination and results.

Why The Dragonfly

The Dragonfly is one of the most adaptable insects. Some estimate they have been around for 180 million years. They have two pairs of wings, but if needed they can fly with one. They move and glide fast with grace and speeds up to 30 miles per hour. They move fast like light, bending and shifting with their dazzling aerial feats they can twist and change direction in an instant. Their keen eye site can spot movement 40 feet away.

As they mature their characteristic colours develop. Some contain coloured pigment within their skin, mostly the colours are formed in the same way that a rainbow forms, as structures in their bodies shell scatter and refract the light producing the illusionary iridescent blue/ green. As a dragonfly ages she/he may go through several colour changes, this may also occur depending on the quality of the light from the sun through out the day.

In early life they live in water - symbolic of the emotional. As the lava mature they metamorphosis and become nymphs for around two years. They then become airborne, symbolising maturity and the arrival of greater mental clarity and control. Always returning to the water they symbolise the expression of the mental and emotional together. In Japan they represent new light and joy.

The dragonfly can remind us that we are also light and that we can also reflect the light in powerful ways. If we so choose, we can adapt and change like the dragonfly. They can also help to remind us that life is never quite the way it appears, but if we look we can always find it filled with light and colour. Reminding us to always let our light shine forth bringing the brightness of transformation and the wonder of a colourful new vision.
