Coming from a background of Health and Social Care, I have worked in Hospitals in the South West and China, As well as Schools, Colleges, Holistic Centers and Care Homes in the South West.

I am passionate about what I do and as a result I have Trained With some of the top Trainers and Educational Establishments in the Industry today.

I am committed to Continual Personal and Professional development, and keep up to date with the latest cutting edge techniques in the industry. This enables me to provide you with a Unique blend of the most powerful psychological tools and complementary therapies for your optimal health and well-being.

Qualifications;

I hold a number of Hypnotherapy qualifications including a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma with the National Council for Hypnotherapy, Diploma in Advanced and Clinical Hypnosis (UK Academy), Advanced Neurological re-patterning, Master Hypnosis (Christopher Howard), Hypnosis Master Practitioner (Open Mind -HR), Certified in Ericksonian Hypnosis (UK academy & Christopher Howard), A Certified Smoking Cessation Specialist, Certified Anxiety Specialist, Three Times Master Practitioner of NLP & A registered Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programing & Hypnotic Practitioner (SNLP), I am a Master Practitioner of Time Line Therapy, AAMET EFT Practitioner Level 2, Matrix Re-imprinting Practitioner.

I also Hold diplomas in Holistic Therapies, Stress Management, Nutrition, TCM Acupuncture, as well as Diplomas in Advanced Remedial Massage, I am a Practitioner of Bach Flower Remedies and hold certificates in Teaching and Assessing.

I am currently Training to be a NLP Trainer and Meta Medicine Health Coach.

As a result of this extensive training and input from top teachers and my unique method of working.
