Using the bodies own energetic system EFT aims to re-balance the bodies natural energy flow and therefore optimal state of mental, emotional and physical well being.

Emotions create physical disturbances, these are often overlooked, but many find their way into our language such as "butterflies in the stomach" "so angry I could burst a blood vessel" if left unchecked emotions can lead to chronic stress and eventually dis-ease. Of course many illnesses have a number of factors, however stress is usually a major factor in nearly all of them.

Matrix Re-imprinting
